Varun Dutt
Co-Founder
Having worked as a cinematographer, Varun understands the power of the mass media and the power it has to shape minds. After working in the media industry for close to a decade, he transitioned away from city life and started exploring his connection to nature. He has been practicing permaculture and homesteading for close to a decade. He founded Spirit of Mogli in 2018 after building western India’s first dirt pumptrack with a vision to make it a hub for kids to connect with nature through cycling. With his varied experiences, he brings a unique eco-conscious perspective to Radflow’s vision.

Nilesh "Nelly" Dhumal
Co-Founder
With a background in BMX and Mountain Biking, Nelly has made his mark in the cycling and motorcycling community. With more than a decade of experience, he has trained thousands of riders across India to improve their skills. He has experience as a Retail Expert, Offroad-Motorcycling Instructor, and Event Race Director. Cycling is his first love, and through Radflow he aims to make a positive impact on the sport.
